1. Services Provided

Earth2 Recon is a Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) operator providing aerial reconnaissance and inspection services over farmland and land areas, including land assessment, property monitoring, and infrastructure inspection such as fences, access tracks, and general site conditions. Earth2 Recon also supports land management activities, including pest animal monitoring, through aerial observation only; no direct interaction with animals or hunting activities is conducted using RPAS. All services are provided subject to weather conditions, airspace approvals, landowner permissions, and applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Booking and Payments

All flight operations must be scheduled in advance and are subject to suitable weather, airspace availability, and site access. Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled operation may be subject to a fee. Earth2 Recon reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an operation where conditions are unsafe or non-compliant with CASA requirements.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate site and property information, obtaining any necessary landowner or third-party consents, and ensuring the site is accessible and safe for RPAS operations at the scheduled time. Earth2 Recon is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information, restricted airspace, unsafe conditions, or missed appointments.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in our operations, Earth2 Recon is not responsible for outcomes resulting from pre-existing site conditions, third-party actions, or decisions made based on imagery or observational data supplied. Aerial imagery and data are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional land, engineering, or veterinary advice.

5. Regulatory Compliance

All operations are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and relevant state-based regulations, with a focus on safety, airspace compliance, and risk management.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
